If you are a light sleeper, it may be worth looking elsewhere. Aside from that, this hotel is very lovely. The pool is a nice bonus for a Chicago hotel, and the staff were fantastic. Every person we interacted with was kind and helpful. The views are lovely, especially from the 15th floor restaurant.
